If employees are not receiving notifications via email or sms

If employee is not receiving notifications from Cooperation via email or sms you'll need to verify that the contact information we have for them is correct.

  1. Make sure the email address entered is correct
    • If employee is available to confirm, send them an email directly from Cooperation by clicking on their name on the Employee Table and see
      if they get it.
    • If they do not receive this, have them verify their email address
      again and make the necessary corrections.
  2. Make sure the cell phone number we have is correct
    • If you can, send them an sms from another cell phone to verify that
      it is received.
    • if they don't receive it, have them verify their cell phone number
