Write a note for yourself, a message to others, or an announcement

  2. Choose the message recipients
    • messages to just me are only for you, and not sent to other people
    • messages to everyone are announcements and are sent to everyone
    • messages where you also include others are sent to the select people you choose

    For every message only original recipients and all admins can read and comment on the message.

    1. Write the message's content

      Write a title and then the message body. The message title and body can be styled using the buttons above each text entry area. Alternatively you can just type the Markdown commands to style the text if you know them. Click the button to learn more about Markdown

      1. Add a reminder

        You can add as many reminders to a message as you want. Every message recipient will be sent a reminder via their preferred method at the right time. However we will not call people on the phone outside of the times they've given us permission to call. So reminders sent to people who want to be called about reminders may show up late.

        1. Set message tags

          Tags allow you to later filter and search for messages by tag. Tags can be any combination of words but cannot include a comma.

        2. Publish your message by choosing 'Publish this message'

          When you publish the message it is sent to its recipients. Each person will receive an interruption letting them know that you have sent them a message. Once published, a message cannot be unpublished. Only deleted.
